Leadership

A good leader inspires others, knows how to build relationships and form allies, takes care of the tribe, and allows the tribe members to grow. It is a visionary who can think critically and acts with integrity, courage, and respect. One does not have to be born to be a leader, and many tools and resources exist to support the development of high-quality leadership.

Fellowships and networking

Fellowships provide a variety of benefits. They provide opportunities for cultural immersion, expanding both professional and personal networks, experiential learning, and professional development, and are sometimes accompanied by funding. For leaders of human dignity, fellowships provide them with the opportunity to discuss, test and fine-tune their vision and solution to the cause they work on, to engage in in-depth discussions with their peers and to build a network of support with regard to the typical challenges that come with leadership.
